Help and Support

Write to [email protected]. We reply within a day, usually sooner. The app also has a built-in support chat: More, then Support.

If you cannot sign in, write from the address the account was created with — that is the fastest way for us to find you.

In the app and on the website, every profile, post, gossip entry, event and conversation has a Report option. Reports are reviewed by a person, not by software.

If there is a threat to life or health, contact your local emergency services as well: we can block an account, but we cannot come to you.

Settings, then Delete account. Your profile, photos, messages, likes and related records are deleted. For Sign in with Apple accounts, the connection to Apple is revoked automatically.

You can also export your data as a single file — on the same settings screen.

The app has meeting plans and trusted contacts: if you do not check in after a meeting, an email with the place, time and nickname goes to the addresses you chose. Details are in the privacy policy.
